Lisa Remillard

Lisa is a journalist, TV host and the co-founder of Blonde Raven Strategies. A Los Angeles native, Lisa is passionate about storytelling and even more passionate about being back home in SoCal.

Lisa has been a television journalist for 15 years and has worked in cities all over the country. In 2014 she moved back home to California to anchor Good Morning San Diego on KUSI. She interviewed people from all walks of life, from celebrities to politicians and delivered the news 5 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Before KUSI, Lisa was the Morning and Midday anchor for ABC News in Las Vegas. There, she was nominated for an Emmy for her series on Nellis Air Force Base. She was, and still is, the only television journalist granted access to the top secret Weapons School training facility. She was also granted access to a ride along in an F15e during a mock training exercise.

Before Las Vegas, Lisa spent several years in Florida. She covered some of the biggest stories in the country. Because of her stories highlighting crimes of video voyeurism, and her work with a state Senator, the Florida law was changed to make the crime of video voyeurism against children a felony. While in Florida she covered several major hurricanes, including Hurricanes Charley, Francis, Dennis and Rita. She earned an Emmy nomination for her coverage of a devastating tornado in Lake County.

Lisa earned a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism and a Master's degree in Strategic Public Relations from the University of Southern California.
