Recipe:

Hearts of Palm
Mangoes
Strawberries
Red Onion
Cucumber
Lime Juice of two limes
1/2 teaspoon of Pink Himalayan Salt
1-2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Toss and let marinate in the refrigerator for an hour and serve!
