Dr. Matthew Fienup explains how COVID has sent the economy into a deep recession. Dr. Fienup is the Executive Director of the Center for Economic Research and Forecasting. He says the longer businesses stay shuttered and the longer the shelter-in-place orders go, the more they have had to revise their forecasts for the worse.
