Raphael Tulino of the IRS discusses the latest on stimulus payments, the get my payment portal and tax returns. Tulino tells Lisa Remillard that with so many stimulus payments and tax returns going out, it’s going to take some time this year. The IRS goal is 21 days or less for those tax returns if you file electronically, but Tulino says this is not a normal year.
