Making vegan ceviche with Chef Eddie Garza

The Vegan Chef Eddie Garza is whipping up some Vegan Ceviche for us. Check out his spring recipe that mixes so many delicious flavors into this special dish.

Recipe:

Hearts of Palm
Mangoes
Strawberries
Red Onion
Cucumber
Lime Juice of two limes
1/2 teaspoon of Pink Himalayan Salt
1-2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Toss and let marinate in the refrigerator for an hour and serve!
