Breaking down systemic racism with policy change and a faith-based discussion

Bishop Craig Worsham is the Founder & Sr. Pastor of The Agape Church of Los Angeles. He talks with Carlos Amezcua of BeondTV about how LA has changed since the riots in 1992. Bishop Worsham describes what policies have changed and what leaders need to do now.

Quote from the interview:

“We are demanding action, not temporary action. Because sometimes I feel like our leadership gives us what we are asking for temporarily and then policies are changed that perhaps we weren’t a part of, or aware of, and we are back to the same system. The same business as usual. Then here we go again, a replay of what we have witnessed with the George Floyd killing. I want us to implement policies now so we are not back in this space 90 days from now or 12 months from now.” – Bishop Craig Worsham
