Kim Fischer, the Director of Public Relations for Waterford UPSTART, say the non-profit is looking to recruit about 2,000 kids in California who need assistance to get ready for kindergarten. The program is for this summer and is providing computer, internet and tools for parents, program aims to keep California children on track to enter kindergarten ready this fall.
