Rhiannon Menn is the Founder of Lasagna Love. She stumbled on the idea after watching so many people struggle at the beginning of the pandemic. She says she offered to make lasagna for anyone struggling and put the offer out on a social media mom group to try and help out. That led to others wanting to join in. She now she has an army of 18,000 volunteers baking lasagna for those in need.
