Tarra Layne is sharing an intimate tribute to her husband with the world called “A Ukrainian Love Story”. Layne sings a cover of “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” to accompany the video. Layne’s husband, Andrii, is currently unable to leave Ukraine because of Martial Law. She tells Carlos Amezcua how he went to visit his mother without her, and has not been able to return to the U.S.

Ken Rose helped Layne produce and direct the video in an effort to share their story and help bring her husband home.
